What does the TechBot do ?
The TechBot is a chatbot that's designed for Technical Support. Use it to submit an issue that you're having with your Laptop, Tablet, or Smartphone to get the help you need.
Why would I need to use it ?
Sometimes when problems occur, it's something simple that you can fix yourself. But if it becomes more complex, that's when you might need to put in a service call.
How do I use the Techbot ?
To get started, just say: "Hello". It will ask you what kind of device you're using, so if it's a Laptop or Tablet, answer: "I have a sony" or "I have an apple". If it's a Smartphone, "I have an iphone" or I have a "samsung".
How do I submit a request for help ?
After you give the type or name of your device, then the TechBot will ask a few questions about your device. They are yes or no questions that will give us an idea of what's wrong and how to fix it. Finally it will ask if you want to submit a request, and ask for a contact email address, City, State, and Country.
Once your done, the TechBot will notify that a service request has been submitted, and that someone will contact you with a Solution.
